Claims Advocate Joins Arthur Hall Insurance

Arthur Hall Insurance is pleased to announce that Lore L. Baker has earned her Pennsylvania Property and Casualty license. PA licensees must complete 24 hours of pre-licensing education including three credit hours in Ethics. This dedication to continuing education is vital to staying current with insurance trends and coverage issues.
“We are excited to add to our depth of services by including Lore Baker as one of our licensed full time Claims Advocates”, notes Glenn D. Burcham, CIC, CRM and Senior Vice President of DE Operations. “The addition of Lore allows us to support our clients at the time they are in most need of our services, after a claim occurs”. Her responsibilities include all commercial claim activity as well as personal lines claims.
Lore joined Arthur Hall Insurance in May of 2017 and brings with her 30 years of progressive insurance claim experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from West Chester University as well as a Legal Assistant Certificate. Residing in Downingtown, PA, she sits on the philanthropy committee of Simpson Meadows, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Downingtown and is a member of the International Association of Insurance Professionals where she currently serves as a member of the board of Insurance Professionals of the Main Line.
