Since its founding in 1966, Arthur Hall Insurance has enjoyed steady growth providing risk management programs for individuals, families, commercial businesses and non-profit organizations. The agency proudly remains locally owned and operated and maintains its reputation for professionalism through proactive personalized service to meet each client’s unique needs.     How We Started

    Founded by Arthur “Art” C. Hall with a focus on personal insurance and farming accounts. The agency was initially based out of Art’s home, but it quickly grew to include several employees and an office in West Chester.
